  • Use AI for mock interviews and thoughtful practice.
  • Follow employer or school guidelines for AI disclosure.

Don't

  • Do not fabricate achievements, skills, or credentials.
  • Do not submit AI-written assignments as original work when prohibited.
  • Do not rely on one-click mass applications with misleading details.
  • Do not copy AI responses in interviews without understanding them.
  • Do not hide substantial AI use if explicitly asked to disclose.
